Appointment Policy

Appointment Policy 

To book an appointment you must reserve your appointment with a Deposit to secure your date and time. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that a new deposit be made with your new appointment. Our Policy: Any cancellation or rescheduling will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to your deposit amount for the reserved services.  

Cell Phone Policy 

In order to maintain a pleasant experience for all customers, we ask that you limit your cell phone usage to texting on silent only. No phone calls. 

Children 

Due to limited seating in the salon, please bring your child to their appointment only. The quiet enjoyment of our customers is based on a quite and relaxing experience. 

Food and Drinks 

Hot food is not allowed in the salon.  All drinks are ok. We offer coffee, wine, and water and Mimosas on Saturdays from 9am-2pm.   

Parking 

We have free ample parking in the rear of our building.  It is accessible on the east side of our building off Whittier Blvd.
